Terms of cancellation

Cancellation

If cancellation is received within 8 - 14 days prior to the start date, 50 % of the course fee will be forfeited.

If cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the start date, full course fee will be forfeited.

If Hawkware Training is obliged to order the course material more then 14 days before the course date, the material will be forfeited from the customer. In these cases, the material will be sent to customer by Hawkware Training.

When registered student is unable to attend the class it is possible to replace him/her for another student.

Hawkware Training reserves a right to cancel and add more courses if necessary.
